Hi, I’m Sara—a wildflower chaser, storyteller, and artist with a love for nature’s untamed beauty. My art is all about capturing the magic of the natural world, blending bold colors and intricate details with the textures of wood to bring each piece to life.

It all started with an obsession: wildflowers. Their resilience, their colors, and their stories pulled me in and never let go. They thrive in the harshest places, bursting through cracks in the earth and painting the landscape with beauty. I take that same energy into my art, creating pieces that celebrate not only what we see in nature but also what it means to us—strength, hope, and connection.

I work primarily with colored pencil on wood, a process that feels as raw and organic as the wildflowers that inspire me. The wood grain itself becomes part of the story, guiding each stroke and adding a natural rhythm to every piece. It’s a dance between the medium and the art, a little unpredictable but always worth it.

When I’m not drawing, you’ll find me out in the wild—hiking, backpacking, or just marveling at the way the light hits the petals of a flower. My adventures fuel my creativity, giving me new ideas and reminding me why I do what I do: to share the beauty and stories of this world through art.
