WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Sara's studio team is small, just her in fact... and are printing and packaging at full capacity. It can take a a few dates to fulfill the order. Don't worry, Its on its way.

CAN I RETURN THE ARTWORK I PURCHASED?

Finding artwork that brings you joy is a special experience and we want you to find happiness in your selection. With that being said some extenuating circumstances arise where situations need to be assessed individually.

All Original Artwork are final sales. Each piece has a little something special for you and takes a great deal of money and time to ship them to you.

Prints are precious representations of a lot of time and effort and often times when they are returned they are not re-sellable.

If there is an issue with an order upon arrival please contact me here. We can come to a solution together

MY ARTWORK ARRIVED DAMAGED/WAS STOLEN…

It is important to us to do all we can to package your artwork with the utmost care and in the best quality products so that it arrives undamaged. When you receive your package, there will be instruction on how to best handle and care for your product. Please make sure your hands and surfaces are clean when opening any artwork.

Damaged artwork:

If your print or merchandise did arrived, we will issue a replacement for you with the next available products. Please document the damage the best you can with pictures and in complete detail If an original was damaged then please contact me here. Originals are not replaceable but each situation will be handled in the utmost of care. Also remember that a great deal of my artwork is created on found wood. Dents and scrapes are part of the deal.

Lost or stolen: If your package is marked “Delivered” but is nowhere to be found, please first check your confirmation email to ensure that you provided the correct shipping address. We are unable to replace any print order for free if the shipping address is incorrect.
If you believe the order to have been stolen, please provide evidence of the matter so we can arrange to have a replacement sent out to you.


We are eager to help you the best we can but understand that when it leaves out hands we do not have any control over what happens during transit. ! We are a small crew and it is heartbreaking for us as well when prints and artwork arrives damaged.
